Wuxi Lantian Nursing Home resumed scheduled visits and strengthened the prevention and control of normalized epidemic situation.

In order to scientifically and accurately do a good job in epidemic prevention and control in the field of old-age care services in our city, and fully protect the service needs and health and safety of the elderly, combined with the epidemic prevention and control situation in our city, on May 25, Wuxi Civil Affairs Bureau issued the Notice on dynamically adjusting the epidemic prevention and control management measures of old-age care services and child welfare institutions, which made it clear that the old-age care institutions in our city will be transferred to normal epidemic prevention and control from May 26, without closed management.

On May 26th, our hospital officially lifted the closed management, implemented the system of visiting by appointment, strictly followed the principle of "no visiting without appointment", and controlled the flow of personnel and visiting time.

First, standardize the appointment for medical treatment and implement the "six musts" for admission:

1, the doorbell code must be scanned.

2. You must hold a healthy green code.

3. Proof that 14 days did not stay in the middle and high risk area shall be provided.

4, must provide two negative nucleic acid tests within three days.

5, must carry on the body temperature test.

6. You must show your ID card for real-name registration and fill in the health declaration commitment letter.

Second, matters needing attention during the visit

1, tourists and the elderly must wear masks.

2. Visit our hospital according to the designated route under the guidance of the staff.

3. Don't accept overnight care from visitors.

4. Don't enter the area outside the designated route.

5. Visiting relatives and friends of the same elderly person shall not exceed 4 people at a time.

6, each visit time is not more than 30 minutes.

7, after the visit by the staff to guide out, and immediately disinfected and ventilated.

When returning to the hospital, according to the requirements of "six necessities" for admission, people and articles can return to the living area normally after disinfection, and nucleic acid testing is carried out according to the monitoring frequency of staff within one week after returning, so as to strengthen the prevention of hidden transmission risks. Strengthen the health monitoring of the elderly who go out temporarily, and assist the elderly in need to apply for the "personal doorbell code".

Five, accelerate the vaccination of the elderly.

Promoting the vaccination of the elderly with COVID-19 vaccine is an important means and an effective way to build an epidemic prevention barrier for the elderly and protect their health and safety. It is necessary to screen the elderly and strengthen publicity and guidance for the elderly and their guardians. According to the principle of informed consent, the elderly and their guardians can only carry out COVID-19 vaccination after signing the informed consent form, do a good job of coordination and convergence, and strive to realize the "all-inclusive and all-willing" of the elderly.

Sixth, continue to carry out normalized nucleic acid testing for the elderly.

The elderly living in old-age care institutions will be included in the local full-time nucleic acid detection mechanism, and the docking with the local epidemic prevention and control headquarters will be strengthened, and the requirements for nucleic acid detection for the elderly at least once a week will be implemented.
