Article 2: These regulations apply to the charge management of providing socialized and professional public services to various properties in urban residential areas and non-residential areas within the scope of our province. Public housing directly managed by the government housing management department, self-managed housing by government agencies, enterprises and institutions, and residential properties subject to property management after one-time housing reform may refer to these regulations.

The property management service fees referred to in these regulations are property management companies (units) registered with the industrial and commercial administration authorities and approved by the provincial construction administrative department, entrusted by property owners and users to charge their cities. Article 7: Cost content of property management services.

The property management charges at approved government prices and government-guided prices are collectively referred to as property management service fees, and their fee composition is as follows:

1. 2. 9. Article 10: The following acts are violations of these regulations and shall be punished by the price supervision and inspection agencies at all levels in accordance with relevant national regulations.

1. Setting prices beyond the authority and raising fee standards without authorization; 2. Setting up charging items without authorization and charging fees indiscriminately;

3. Failure to apply for approval and apply for charging licenses as required, and implement clear price tags;

4. Provide service quality and price that do not match, only charge fees but not provide services, or reduce service content and reduce service quality;

5. Other behaviors that violate these regulations.

Article 11: The Provincial Price Bureau and the Provincial Construction Committee are responsible for the interpretation of these regulations.
