Can I smoke in Haidilao?

In areas where smoking is prohibited in public places, smoking is prohibited in the local Haidilao. Taking Shanghai as an example, smoking is prohibited in catering public places such as Shanghai Haidilao.

According to Article 6 of the "Shanghai Regulations on Smoking Control in Public Places", smoking is prohibited in the following public places:

(1) Nurseries, kindergartens, primary and secondary schools and children's palaces , indoor and outdoor areas of youth activity centers;

(2) Teaching places, student dormitories, restaurants and other indoor areas of schools at all levels and types other than the preceding paragraph;

(iii) ) Indoor and outdoor areas of maternal and child health care centers (institutions), children's hospitals, and children's welfare homes;

(4) Indoor areas of all types of medical and health institutions at all levels except for the preceding paragraph;

(5) Indoor areas of sports venues and outdoor spectator seats and competition venues;

(6) Libraries, theaters, concert halls, exhibition halls, museums, art galleries, memorial halls, and science and technology museums , archives and other indoor areas of various public cultural venues;

(7) Office spaces where state agencies provide public services;

(8) Public utilities , business premises of financial institutions;

(9) Commercial business premises such as shopping malls and supermarkets;

(10) Elevators and their waiting areas;

(10) 1) Public transportation vehicles such as buses and trams, taxis, rail transit vehicles, and passenger ferries, as well as their ticket rooms, waiting rooms, and indoor platforms;

(10) 2) Internet cafes and other Internet service business places;

(13) Other places stipulated by laws and regulations.
