What are the contents of e-government procurement?

According to the requirements of the Notice of the Ministry of Finance on Printing and Distributing the Overall Plan for the Construction of the National Government Procurement Management Trading System and the Basic Data Specification for Government Procurement Business (Caiku [2013]18), e-government procurement mainly includes three parts: the government procurement supervision and management platform, the government procurement execution trading platform and the government procurement information service platform, and information exchange between networks is realized according to the relevant provisions on information security and confidentiality.

1, the government procurement supervision and management platform mainly deals with the daily business of government procurement supervision and management, including planning management, data analysis and decision support subsystem, as well as some functions of contract management, supervision and early warning and credit system management subsystem.

2. The government procurement execution trading platform mainly deals with government procurement execution trading business, including electronic bid evaluation, agreement and fixed-point procurement (e-mall) subsystem, as well as some functions of contract management, supervision and early warning and credit system management subsystem.

3. The government procurement information service platform is the entrance to the execution trading platform, providing service functions such as information announcement, agency registration, evaluation expert registration, supplier registration, commodity registration and operation and maintenance service support.
