Environmental Protection Proposal

I am a primary school student at Huaqiang Primary School.

I have grown up in Nanning since I was a child. I have seen how Nanning has changed. From an unknown city to a green city in China, it has launched a folk song festival, the China Southern Expo...

Now in Nanning, you can see "Environmental protection, everyone is responsible." etc. words. On the side of the road, the various trash cans are extremely beautiful. Recently, everyone advocates separating recyclable and non-recyclable trash cans.

However, I think classification alone is not enough. We need to write some types of recyclable garbage and non-recyclable garbage on the trash can. Not everyone wants to accept knowledge like us. Many people know what is recyclable and non-recyclable garbage. If those migrant workers don’t know, they will just throw it away, which is not good. Not only does it not play a role in environmental protection and garbage classification, it will also cause work troubles for the workers at the garbage dump.

In addition, I also discovered a quite serious problem.

One day, I took a bus with my mother and grandma to visit the tombs of the Martyrs Cemetery. At first we went out happily, but when we went to the bus station to wait for the bus, we found a trash can next to it. The garbage inside already stinked, and the passers-by walked around with their noses crossed. , when we walked by, we smelled a strong rancid smell.

Later, wherever I went, wherever there was a trash can, I would carefully observe whether there was any smell. After a period of observation, I found that today’s trash cans are fixed, unlike the ones in the past where you could take out the trash, but why did they stink? Later I found out that it was because the trash cans were fixed. Those trash cans were fixed. When sanitation workers clean the trash cans in the morning, they simply pick out the garbage on the surface and do not clean it to the bottom. Once, I asked them why they didn’t clean up the garbage? They said it wasn't because they didn't want to, but because the trash can was fixed, so they couldn't reach the bottom, and the trash couldn't be taken out, so they had to leave the trash inside.

It can be seen that the reason why the trash can smells bad is not because the sanitation workers are not doing their duty, but because there is a problem with the design of the trash can. I hereby hope that for the sake of the beauty of Nanning and the freshness of the air, please ask the mayor to ask people to design some practical and beautiful trash cans, so that the odor will no longer pollute our fresh air.

All the Young Pioneers of the school:

The earth, the mother of mankind, the cradle of our lives, was once so beautiful, spectacular, and amiable! She selflessly provides us with various resources. However, people destroy natural resources at will, pollute the environment, cause a series of ecological disasters, and pose serious threats to human survival. As small citizens of the global village, we have the responsibility and obligation to start from small things and start from around us to protect our environment and the home we rely on for survival so that we can study and live in a clean environment. Therefore, I made the following suggestions to all the young pioneers in the school:

First: Do not use disposable chopsticks, because the material of fast food chopsticks is trees.

Second: Remind parents not to use plastic convenience bags when buying groceries to reduce white waste.

Third: We must save water and turn down the faucet when washing our face in the morning. We must learn to recycle water in our daily life.

Fourth: Take good care of the plants and trees around you, and love the flowers and plants. Let us grow together with the little trees.

Fifth, save paper, fill up the scratch paper, don’t just write a few numbers and throw it away.

Students, everyone has a responsibility to protect the environment. Let us take action. We only have one earth. Without the earth, we have nowhere to go. I believe that as long as we work hard, the earth will be revitalized and beautiful again!

Recommendation on environmental protection issues

All Young Pioneers:

Environmental issues have always attracted people's attention , because the quality of the environment directly affects people's study, work, and life. In order to protect the environment, we recommend that all Young Pioneers take immediate action and do the following:

1. All Young Pioneers use their after-school and extra-curricular time to carry out the "Love Birds and Protect Frogs" activities. Because birds are friends of humans, if we see anyone buying or selling birds, eggs or frogs, we must try our best to stop it or report it to the relevant personnel.

2. Don’t throw confetti anywhere, and don’t spit anywhere. If we see someone throwing confetti or spitting anywhere, we must stop them and advise them.

3. Water is precious, we must cherish every drop of water. Now, there is a serious water shortage in some areas of our country, which directly affects the environment. We must start from ourselves and the small things around us to save water.

4. We must take good care of flowers, plants and trees. We must not pick flowers indiscriminately, step on the turf, or write graffiti on tree poles. We must protect every flower and grass on the earth.

5. We need to plant trees and plant more flowers, plants and trees to beautify the environment and purify the air. It really kills two birds with one stone.
