Remarks:

1 October 1, 20 18/and1are put on record and included in the annual scale management, and the benchmark electricity price for photovoltaic power generation in 20 18 will be implemented. For photovoltaic power generation projects filed before 20 18 and included in the annual scale management, but not fully put into operation before June 30, 20 18, the benchmark electricity price of 20 18 shall be implemented.

2. The benchmark electricity price of photovoltaic power generation in Xizang Autonomous Region shall be stipulated separately.

3. From 20 19, all photovoltaic power generation projects included in the annual scale management of financial subsidies will be subject to the corresponding benchmark electricity price according to the production time.
