Work standardization is still flawed. Many times, due to the tight time, heavy workload and complicated content, I believe in myself too much, so I work decisively, and I don't strictly abide by the working ticket operation rules in my work. During the operation, the power cord connection is not standardized, and the unused instruments are randomly placed or even forgotten. Because we have to continue the operation the next day, it is convenient to take pictures after the operation, and the grounding wire was not removed in time. Sometimes, we don't work according to the relevant requirements of safety regulations. Only after the operation, did we find it illegal and even afraid.

From the above facts, in the construction of standardized substation work area, it is very necessary to strengthen the safety awareness training of employees, standardize management and ask employees to pay attention to the standardization of work. Strengthen the supervision and inspection of standardization work, put the standardization moment at the top of the work, and repeatedly emphasize that more colleagues should clarify their work responsibilities, improve the shortcomings in their work, and overcome various difficulties to achieve safe power supply.

According to the arrangement of the unit and the requirements of the superior leaders, I transferred from Nanxiang Substation to Kunshan Substation in early May-the substation under the jurisdiction of Kunshan Power Supply Work Area, the model work area of Hangzhou Vascular Section. I am very happy to be transferred to such a model work area to study and work, and I am also very grateful to the leaders for giving me this rare opportunity. During the one-month work in Kunshan Substation, the four of us actively participated, cooperated with each other, defined the division of labor, carried out the daily work of the substation in an orderly manner, and attached great importance to the construction of standardized operation areas. Perhaps it is because my bad behavior habits did not strictly abide by the safety operation rules, and my safety awareness was weak, which led to accidents, even endangering personal safety and equipment safety, resulting in personal injuries and serious economic losses. The railway power supply system is no small matter, which is related to the safe operation service of railway traffic. No matter what happens, no one can afford it. Only by strengthening maintenance management, operation supervision, equipment inspection and safety learning can everyone realize the importance and responsibility of their work and be responsible for their own work and personal safety 100%, thus avoiding and minimizing accidents. The following conclusions were drawn from the five accident cases of "2.2 1", "3.7", "3. 18" and "3. 19" in Shanghai Cardiology Department:
