It is strictly forbidden to nest and take eggs, dig sand and stones and engage in other activities that affect the ecology of fish. It is strictly forbidden to buy or sell catches caught in closed fishing periods and closed fishing areas. The collection of aquatic biological resources due to special needs such as seed preservation, scientific research and teaching, investigation and monitoring must be approved by the Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of Guizhou Province.

From March 1 day, fishery law enforcement agencies at all levels in Guizhou Province will focus on strengthening the supervision and management of aquatic germplasm conservation zone, docks, aquatic products markets, fishing-related restaurants and other areas (places) through a combination of water inspections and land inspections.
