Martial Arts and Traditional Ethnic Sports Major: This major cultivates students with comprehensive moral, intellectual, and physical development, who possess basic knowledge and skills in teaching, training, and scientific research of traditional ethnic sports, and who can engage in martial arts, traditional sports health care, and ethnic folk sports. of specialized talents.

2. Enrollment plan

Sports training major: 70 students. Due to the uncertainty of the quality and quantity of students in sports, no specific enrollment quotas for each sport will be set in advance. The number of students for each sport will be determined after the examination by comprehensively considering the student situation of each sport, the needs of the school's high-level sports teams and other factors. IV. Application Instructions

The major of sports training, martial arts and traditional national sports is a full-time general undergraduate major approved by the Ministry of Education and the General Administration of Sports. The basic academic duration is four years. This major implements separate examinations and admissions in advance, which are organized and implemented by the school's specialized agencies. Those who pass the academic period will be awarded a general higher education undergraduate diploma by Shanxi Normal University, and those who meet the degree requirements will be awarded a bachelor's degree.
