Due to actual work needs, various public institutions of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism are openly recruiting staff within the establishment of public institutions. The registration period is from 8:00 on December 27, 2021 to January 7, 2022. 17:00 on Sunday.

1. Basic recruitment conditions

(1) Abide by the Constitution, laws and regulations, and have good conduct.

(2) Be in good health and have the physical conditions to perform the duties of the position normally.

(3) Educational qualifications, degrees, majors, professional titles, professional qualifications, household registration and other requirements that meet the job requirements.

(4) Meet the age requirements of the position. The deadline for age calculation is December 31, 2021.

(5) Comply with the relevant provisions of the avoidance system and meet other conditions required by the position.

2. Recruitment positions and requirements

3. Registration and preliminary qualification review

Online registration and preliminary qualification review will be adopted.

3. Click the "Registration Form Print Preview" button to generate the "Registration Form for Open Recruitment of Staff by Public Institutions Affiliated to the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism", print it and sign it.

4. Upload the attachment materials required for submission.

5. After confirming that the registration information is accurate one by one and all attachment materials are uploaded successfully, click the "Confirm and Submit" button to complete the registration.

(3) Preliminary review of qualifications

Applicants who have completed the registration can log in to the website from December 30, 2021 to January 14, 2022

For positions where the ratio of the number of people to be recruited to the number of people who have passed the preliminary qualification examination does not reach 1:5, the number of people who have passed the preliminary examination will be based on the actual number of people who have passed the preliminary examination.

(4) Material requirements for registration and preliminary qualification review

1. Recent personal ID photo without hat.

2. Scanned documents of personal ID card, household registration book home page and personal page (collective households require copies of the home page and personal page) and other materials.

3. Those who have returned from studying abroad are also required to provide scanned documents of "academic certification" information.

4. Fresh graduates are required to provide scanned documents of the "Graduate Employment Recommendation Form" (stamped by the school's employment department) and transcripts (stamped by the school's academic affairs department).

5. The "Registration Form for Public Recruitment of Staff by Public Institutions Affiliated to the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism" must be signed by myself and uploaded to the system.

6. The file format of the uploaded attachment material should be png or jpg, and the size should not exceed 5M.

IV. Written examination, interview, and qualification review

The time, place, and form of the written examination, interview, and qualification review will be announced on the "Beijing Municipal Culture and Tourism Bureau Government Affairs Website" (

The written test and interview scores are both based on a hundred-point system. The written test scores and interview scores are calculated into the comprehensive score according to the weight of 40 and 60 respectively. The overall score for the actor and performer positions in the art performance group is determined based on the interview score. The score is 80. The test results will be published on the "Beijing Municipal Culture and Tourism Bureau Government Affairs Website" for 7 working days.

5. Physical examination, inspection and publicity

Each recruitment position shall be based on the following procedures. In a 1:1 ratio, candidates for physical examination and examination will be determined based on the ranking order with a comprehensive score of 80 or above.

For those who pass the physical examination, each employer will organize a comprehensive examination and follow the relevant physical examination standards for civil servant recruitment. The inspection content mainly includes the ideological and political performance, moral character, business ability, work performance, etc. of the candidates. Each employer will select the candidates to be hired based on the examination results, physical examination and inspection results.

The personnel to be hired will be announced on the "Beijing Municipal Culture and Tourism Bureau Government Affairs Website" for 7 working days.

If there is no objection to the public announcement results, the employment procedures will be handled in accordance with relevant regulations.

Applicants should cooperate in completing physical examinations, inspections and transfers in accordance with the time limits and requirements stipulated by the recruiting unit. Those who fail to complete the application within the specified time limit and requirements will be disqualified. If the employment procedures are affected due to the applicant's reasons, the employment qualification will be cancelled.

The recruiting unit signs an employment contract with the person being hired, and a probation period is implemented. The probation period is implemented in accordance with the relevant policies of Beijing’s employment contract system. Those who pass the assessment at the end of the probation period will be regularized and continue to be employed. Those who fail the probation period assessment will have their employment qualifications cancelled, their files will be transferred to a talent service agency, and they will be able to seek employment on their own.

VI. Notes
