Children are the future of family and country, and bear the historical mission of social development and national progress. Children are our hope. Together with CBN, Huitianfu creatively integrated the concepts of "river" and "child" and gave birth to the "river and child" public welfare aid program.

"Where there are rivers, there are villages, where there are villages, there are children, and where there are children, there is hope." This is the origin of the name of "He Tong" public welfare project, and it is also the simple wish of the project team so far.

Huitianfu Fund focuses on rural education in western China. Since 2008, "River Children" has traveled all over Yunnan, Sichuan, Ningxia, Gansu and Guizhou to help children of five ethnic minorities: Yi, Hui, Tibetan and Dong. He Tong pays attention to rural basic education in China. On the basis of donating Tianfu Primary School and improving the educational hardware facilities in the recipient areas, they carried out outstanding young teachers' training, supplemented by scholarships and scholarships to enrich the people, aiming at promoting and realizing equal educational opportunities and rational allocation of educational resources. The project team cooperated with the local government to build five first-class boarding "Tianfu Primary School", a number of libraries with rich books and modern multimedia classrooms, benefiting more than 1500 students and training more than 300 rural young teachers.

So far, two of the Tianfu Primary Schools aided by Huitianfu Fund have developed into central schools in their respective regions, and 1 has become the first batch of rural primary schools with local teaching achievements. Not only that, the project also helped Huitianfu Fund employees pair up with nearly 200 poor students with excellent academic performance to solve their life and study difficulties.

Shanghai Huitianfu Public Welfare Foundation, as a corporate citizen who has been committed to social charity for a long time, was formally established on February 9, 20 10 with the approval of Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau in order to further fulfill its social responsibilities and continuously enrich its charity content. Through standardized organization, the charity work is more planned, systematic and professional, thus making more contributions to charity in Shanghai and even the whole country.

This is also the first public welfare foundation initiated by a fund company in Shanghai, aiming at fulfilling corporate citizenship responsibilities, supporting social public welfare activities and promoting harmonious social development. The business scope of the foundation includes social assistance and scholarship activities such as helping the poor, helping the disabled, subsidizing poor teachers and students, rewarding outstanding teachers and students, and carrying out other social welfare projects.
