1. Construction Enclosure
(1) Enclosure.

(1) The following hard bottoming measures should be adopted at the construction site.

(7) Closed management is implemented on site.
1. There should be full-time guard personnel and a guard management system at the entrance and exit to effectively play the role of guard.

(8) Office space, dormitories and other facilities shall not be set up within the approved municipal road construction area. 4. Living facilities

(2) Kitchen.
1. If a collective kitchen is set up at the construction site, it should be kept away from building grates, workplaces, sewage ditches and other pollution sources. The kitchen must be ventilated, hygienic, and kept clean at all times. The cooking and cooking rooms must be separated. The interior walls must be paved with 2-meter-high white porcelain tiles. 6. There must be a management system in the dormitory, and the person responsible for public security, fire prevention, and sanitation management must be implemented.
(4) Toilets.
1. Automatic flushing equipment for hand washing sinks and toilet troughs should be installed, and septic tanks should be covered. Direct discharge of feces into sewers and rivers is prohibited.
2. The interior wall skirt should be paved with white porcelain tiles with a height of 1.5 meters. The bottom and sides of the toilet should be paved with white porcelain tiles. The floor and squatting platform should be plastered with cement slurry.
3. The toilets must be cleaned by dedicated personnel, sprayed regularly, there must be no odor, and they must be kept clean and hygienic.
