1. 2. If the lessee causes fire or other accidents due to improper use of indoor appliances or other improper behaviors, the losses caused shall be borne by the lessee. Including but not limited to charging motor vehicle batteries, using charging treasures, mobile phones, etc.

3. Party A shall not engage in illegal activities in the leased premises or fail to pay the rent within the time limit, otherwise Party A has the right to terminate the contract.

4. If the lessee uses the house to engage in illegal activities or the rent is in arrears for more than 15 days, the lessor can take back the house immediately.

5. The Lessee is responsible for, but not limited to, safety management, overhead parabolic, water, electricity and coal management.

6. The lessee and others shall bear all criminal and civil responsibilities of the room.

7. During the lease period, Party B shall operate legally and shall not engage in any illegal operation or fight; Meanwhile, Party B shall pay attention to fire prevention and theft prevention to ensure personal and property safety; Party A is not responsible for this.
