What are the precautions for the safety management of on-site testing?

1.(1) The lead unit and the participating units of the test shall formulate a confidentiality work plan, designate a special person to be responsible for confidentiality management, and the confidentiality management of the test site shall be organized and coordinated by the lead unit;

2.② Take strict control measures for wireless communication equipment and equipment with video recording function;

3.③ Take security and confidentiality protection measures for the confidentiality management of state secret carriers and confidential products. Field test refers to the test activities carried out in certain airspace, regions and waters to test the effectiveness of the performance design scheme and tactical indicators of weapons and equipment or the reliability of product quality.

Outfield safety management includes organizing the formulation of outfield safety management regulations and safety plans, verifying the identities of outfield participants, carrying out safety education, signing confidentiality responsibility letters (commitments), establishing outfield information equipment and carrier accounts, and carrying out outfield safety inspections.
