4. I had some bad aspects before

When I first joined the stamping team, my colleagues around me said: Why don’t you go to stamping with so many teams? And why? It’s hard work, so what if there are some supervisors~~~ I didn’t say much at the time, I just held a grudge in my heart. After a few days, I asked a few colleagues, and they all got all kinds of answers. I was thinking, are they My personal experience is not a lie. At this time, my mood was very low-key. After a month or two, I thought about returning to the welding line and focusing on my previous work. I knew that this would make the team's work very passive, but I I brought it up with the team leader. At that time, the team leader didn’t say anything and just said to me: Don’t cause so many things. No one will believe some things if you talk too much about them. Since then, I have been very good at work. I have lost all my motivation. I don’t want to participate in many tasks of the team. I am not doing a good job in production. 5. Outstanding problems and deficiencies in the work

1. With the development of the company's scale, various types of molds and inspection tools are increasing day by day. With fewer personnel and high output, , there are many temporary mold changes, disrupting normal production arrangements.

2. In terms of production safety, the training of employees is not done well enough, and mold accidents often occur. I hope that the team will focus on professional training in future employee training, improve their overall operating level, and better serve the team. Contribute more.

3. The equipment has deteriorated after many years of operation. Although it has been maintained and maintained for a long time, the accuracy cannot be achieved during work, which affects the quality of the workpiece.

4. I have been groping for a lot of work while doing it, so that I cannot work with ease, and my work efficiency needs to be further improved. Some work is not detailed enough and serious enough, and there is a gap between the requirements of the leader, and the working methods need to be improved. Improvement and work responsibility need to be strengthened.
