Once upon a time, this was a flood-prone place

Yanghu Wetland, a former flood-prone place, seemed to be a late bloomer. In the past, this was one of the largest vegetable bases in Changsha. Half of the leeks and green onions in the Changsha Farmers Market came from Yanghuyuan.

However, Yanghu’s long-standing superior natural conditions mean that she will not keep a low profile. With the development of urbanization, it has become the center of urban development, which highlights the uniqueness of the largest urban wetland park in central China. It was less than ten kilometers away from the city center. With such a short distance, it was not prematurely submerged in the wave of urbanization at that time. Maybe it's also a blessing.

After the Dahexi Pilot Zone was established, this area was planned as Yanghu Wetland. In early 2010, the "Changsha Yanghu Wetland Park Master Plan" was officially released. According to the plan, the Yanghu area is the largest urban wetland park in central China. On June 22, 2011, Changsha Yanghu Wetland Park officially opened and is open to the public free of charge.

Now, she is the city’s Central Park

In the eyes of many people in the industry, Yanghu Wetland Park has a similar temperament to New York’s Central Park, London’s Hyde Park and Beijing’s Chaoyang Park. It is also not in the traditional core area of ????the city, but it is very close to the city center, so you can enjoy a life without leaving the city.

What is even more rare is that this area not only has an unparalleled natural environment, but also has a unique cultural atmosphere. University Town, Yuelu Academy, etc. constitute the unique cultural symbols of Yanghu Wetland. On days when the weather is nice, college students from the surrounding area go to Yanghu Wetland to enjoy the scenery.

Now, a number of brand real estate companies such as Blu-ray COCO Honey City, Guangdian Real Estate, Vanke, China Resources, China Overseas Shipping, China State Construction, Heneng, and China Hydropower are lining up here. As the operation and management of the wetland park gradually matures and its ability to gather popularity increases, Yanghu Wetland is attracting more and more high-end people to stay.
