Recently, domestic epidemics have occurred frequently in many places, and the epidemic situation is severe and complex. The Tomb-Sweeping Festival is approaching, and more people are traveling in spring and returning to their hometowns to worship and clean up, which will increase the risk of virus transmission and cross-infection. In order to effectively control the risk of imported transmission and protect the health of you and your family, the following are the epidemic prevention and control initiatives during the Qingming Festival:

1. Advocate to reduce the movement of people. The Qingming Festival is approaching. For the safety of you and your family, we recommend that all the sages and wanderers in other places not return to their hometowns to worship their ancestors for the time being, in order to reduce the risks caused by returning to their hometowns. It is advocated to entrust local relatives to pay homage on their behalf and other methods to carefully trace the past and remember the ancestors.

2. Those returning home must report. People coming to Los Angeles who have a history of traveling outside the province in the past 14 days or who have cases in the province but have not been designated as medium- and high-risk areas must implement "two tests in three days."

3. Safe, orderly and civilized memorial service. We should advocate civilized and low-carbon memorial methods such as online memorial sweeps, flower memorial sweeps, and family memorial services, and do not promote family-style large-scale tomb sweeping, ancestor worship, and dinner gatherings. Persons with acute respiratory symptoms such as fever and cough are not allowed to participate in on-site sweeping activities.
