For the formation of the Ministry of Literature and Art, my goal is to build a happy team. In this group, everyone can be happy, United, active in thinking, constantly put forward new ideas, actively carry out criticism and self-criticism, so that everyone can make continuous progress.

There are many art students in this year's recruitment. I have never thought of this problem before. The overall characteristics of this group of people are lively, bold, enthusiastic and passionate. I'm afraid they won't or won't do practical things. Later, after getting to know them, I found that they all have their own characteristics. Many people have rich literary and artistic experience, and basically they have both literary expertise and organizational ability. Many of them put forward many suggestions on our work in the interview. Based on these characteristics, I hope that this year's art department will become the most active department and the most beautiful scenery in the student union.

For the management of the department, I think the biggest problem is whether the members can integrate with each other. This is really a challenge for my work. If I can, I will often hold some group activities to enhance our understanding and exchange.

For the existing campus cultural activities, I think some have lost their proper connotation, and some have become a habit and task, lifeless. I hope to do some novel cultural activities suitable for the campus.

Because there is a celebration this year, in order not to delay the preparation for the celebration, there is no large-scale activity in the literature and art department before the celebration. After the celebration, the Ministry of Literature and Art will hold a literary evening. This is an activity that our art department has never tried. I think there is a lack of high-quality variety shows on campus. A good variety show is not only an excellent show, but also needs an excellent host and a suitable theme. The party time is basically set at the end of June 165438+ or the first day of New Year's Day. The specific time depends on the objective situation.

Another idea of the arts department is to combine games with weekend dances. First, it can enhance the attraction of dance to everyone and increase the ticket income; Second, this new activity form can become a regular and fixed program of the Ministry of Literature and Art in the future, either once a week or once a month. Third, it can also provide a meeting place for the arts department and the student union, which can strengthen the ties between departments and the harmony among members.
