Is it illegal to hide bullets?

Possession of bullets is illegal, as follows:

1. Whoever conceals ammunition in violation of the law shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention or public surveillance; If the circumstances are serious, they shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than seven years.

2. Anyone who carries guns, ammunition, crossbows, daggers and other control devices prescribed by the state shall be detained for not more than five days and may be fined not more than 500 yuan. If the circumstances are minor, a warning or a fine of less than 200 yuan shall be imposed.

3. Whoever, in violation of state regulations, manufactures, buys, sells, stores, transports, mails, carries, uses, provides or disposes of explosive, toxic, radioactive and corrosive substances or pathogens of infectious diseases shall be detained for more than 10 days and less than 15 days; If the circumstances are minor, they shall be detained for more than five days and less than ten days.

Anyone who, in violation of the laws and regulations on gun control, illegally holds or hides guns and ammunition and is suspected of any of the following circumstances shall file a case for prosecution:

(a) Illegal possession and possession of more than one military firearm;

(2) Illegally holding or hiding one or more non-military guns firing gunpowder bullets or two or more other non-military guns powered by compressed gas;

(3) illegally holding or hiding more than 20 military bullets, more than 1,000 air gun lead bullets or more than 200 other non-military bullets;

(four) illegal possession, possession of grenades, bombs, mines, grenades and other anti-personnel ammunition more than one;

(five) illegal possession and possession of ammunition, resulting in casualties and property losses.

Article 128

Whoever, in violation of the laws and regulations on gun control, illegally holds or hides guns and ammunition shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention or public surveillance;

If the circumstances are serious, they shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than seven years.

Persons who are legally equipped with guns for official use illegally rent or lend guns shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph.

If a person who is equipped with guns according to law illegally rents or lends guns, causing serious consequences, he shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of the first paragraph.

Where a unit commits the crimes mentioned in the second and third paragraphs, it shall be fined, and the directly responsible person in charge and other directly responsible personnel shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of the first paragraph.
