Each team can register one team leader and 12 participating team members (2 people rocking ropes and 10 people skipping ropes). Male faculty members can be invited to participate, and no more than 2 of the 12 team members may be male. Members of the party and government leadership teams of each unit (men and women are not limited) are welcome to participate. Participants without team members will have 10 points deducted from the team's score.
7. Competition rules
1. Individual events
Rope skipping: The one with the most jumps within one minute wins. If you make a mistake within the specified time, you can jump again and the timer will not stop.
Shuttlecock: kick the shuttlecock with your feet (or legs). The player with the most kicks within one minute wins. If you make a mistake within the stipulated time, you can start again and the timer will not stop.
Timed shooting: The contestant throws the first ball at the free throw line, then grabs the ball and shoots again (there is no limit on the shooting location). The timer is 1 minute. The player with the most shots wins.

2. Group events
The long rope jumping competition is held in groups, and the order of entry is determined by drawing lots by the female worker members of the grassroots trade unions.
