Article 24 Whoever, in violation of the provisions of this Ordinance, engages in pig slaughtering activities without fixed points shall be banned by the animal husbandry and veterinary administrative department, and the pigs, pig products, slaughtering tools and equipment and illegal income shall be confiscated, and a fine of more than 3 times and less than 5 times the value of the goods shall be imposed; If it is difficult to determine the value of the goods, the unit shall be fined from 6,543,800 yuan to 200,000 yuan, and the individual shall be fined from 5,000 yuan to 6,543,800 yuan; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.
