Hanging basket safety operation procedures

Hanging basket operation specification is as follows:

1, the bearing strength of the building or the top supporting suspension mechanism should not be less than 1500kg/m2. If the suspension mechanism is supported by the top embedded parts, the safety factor of the embedded parts should not be less than 3.

2. The power supply of the hanging basket must be 380V tn-s grounding power supply.

3. Hanging baskets are strictly prohibited within the range of high-voltage line 10M.

4, in the rain, fog, snow and wind speed is greater than 10.8 m/s (equivalent to gust 6), it is forbidden to lift off the hanging basket.

5. If there is a road or passage below the construction scope, a warning line or a safety corridor must be set below the hanging basket, and obvious warning signs and safety supervisors should be set up.

6. All kinds of protrusions or obstacles within the lifting operation scope of the hanging basket should be removed, and obvious warning signs should be set at the fixed protrusions or corners. It is forbidden to open external windows during construction.

7. During construction at night, the construction site should have sufficient lighting, and the illumination should be greater than 150LX, and warning lights should be set within the construction scope.

8. When working in rain, snow or corrosive environment, the operators, safety devices, electrical boxes, wire ropes and lifeline shall be protected against moisture, water and corrosion.

9, hanging basket operators must pass the training and examination, master the content and requirements of the equipment operating instructions, meet the requirements of the meeting, and handle the hanging basket operation certificate in the local department before operating the equipment.

10, the hanging basket should be operated by special personnel, and it is forbidden to operate the hanging basket without training.

1 1. Operators should wear safety helmets and safety belts when working. The self-locking device on the safety belt should be tied to a separate and firm suspended safety rope fixed above the building (structure). Safety ropes must be qualified products with three certificates produced by regular manufacturers. When using the safety rope, the safety rope should be in elastic contact with the building to prevent wear.

12. Two or more persons must operate the hanging basket for double-machine lifting, and it is forbidden to lift the hanging basket by one person.

13. Newly installed and overhauled hanging baskets, or hanging baskets that have been idle for one year or suspended for more than two months, must be inspected according to the safety inspection requirements before use, and can only be delivered for normal use after the equipment is confirmed to be normal and accepted by the hanging basket maintenance personnel.

14, workers are not allowed to wear hard shoes, plastic shoes or other slippery shoes, and climbing tools such as ladders, stools and shelves are strictly prohibited in the hanging basket.

15. When the operator finishes his homework or enters and exits the hanging basket, the suspension platform should be parked on the ground and reliably fixed. It is forbidden to climb the window in and out of the hanging basket in the air or climb from one suspension platform to another under suspension.
