Guangzhou Railway Transport Intermediate Court was established in June of 1980 and June of 10. The office building of the court is located atNo. 15 1, Zhongshan 1st Road, Yuexiu District, Guangzhou, and has jurisdiction over five railway transport grass-roots courts in Guangzhou, Zhaoqing, Huaihua, Changsha and Hengyang. Its main function is to hear criminal and civil cases involving railway transportation on more than 6,000 kilometers of railway lines in Guangdong, Hunan and Qiong provinces, as well as civil and commercial cases of road transportation, subway, urban rail and air transportation in Guangzhou and Zhaoqing designated by Guangdong Higher People's Court 20 13 165438 and other specially designated cases.
