Due to the single operation of resources in vocational colleges, especially public colleges, the idea and will of a single subject run through the whole process of professional personnel training, which generally leads to a series of insurmountable difficulties, such as the disconnection between the professional curriculum and the selection of teaching materials and the actual needs of industrial enterprises, the shortage of school funds and the high cost of personnel training. No matter in function or legal status, enterprises have failed to become the main body of professional personnel training, and vocational colleges have still failed to break through the traditional training mode of "single subject".

E-commerce major in our school is a pilot major of modern apprenticeship in Fujian Province. The e-commerce specialty group with e-commerce as the core is the service industry specialty group in Fujian Province, and it is also the A-class training specialty group and specialty construction plan of high-level vocational colleges in Fujian Province. From the very beginning, we actively explored the talent training mode, paid attention to the dual-core training of professional quality and professional skills, paid attention to the integration of teaching content and the actual needs of enterprises, and vigorously cultivated students' practical operation ability and innovation and entrepreneurship ability. After ten years' exploration and attempt, a "dual-core, two-way, dual-subject" talent training mode for e-commerce specialty has been formed by introducing enterprises into schools, running classes on an order basis, developing apprenticeships and building an integrated service platform, and good training results have been achieved.

Relying on the e-commerce professional construction steering Committee, we will cooperate with regional leading enterprises and e-commerce parks. In accordance with the requirements of professional core technology, typical positions and core skills, we should pay attention to the cultivation of students' core literacy and core competence, promote the two-way interaction among students, apprentices, teachers and enterprise masters, promote the two-way combination of enterprise real projects and course learning projects, and implement school-enterprise dual-subject education, as shown in figure 1.

The school builds a real working environment according to the needs of enterprises, integrates teaching contents, introduces the service work of cooperative enterprises in the form of projects, introduces enterprise experts as part-time teachers, implements task-based training mode according to the real production environment of enterprises, and enables students to grow from students to apprentices who can perform tasks and can be innovatively applied to prospective employees and employees through practical activities based on real projects.

Through in-depth enterprise research, listen carefully to the opinions and suggestions of enterprise experts on professional personnel training, and formulate a talent training plan suitable for enterprise needs. Incorporate the latest technology of enterprises into the teaching content, turn typical projects of enterprises into teaching cases, keep the teaching content consistent with the needs of enterprises, and build a curriculum system closely integrated with the needs of enterprises; The quality of personnel training has been improved in an all-round way, and the employment rate of graduates has reached over 95%.

Through the implementation of double professional leaders, hiring enterprise technical experts as part-time teachers, and sending professional teachers to participate in on-site training and academic exchanges, a team of "double-qualified" professional teachers with reasonable structure and excellent quality has been created. Based on the principle of "* * building, * * enjoying and * * * winning", the professional training base in the school has been built, which can meet the needs of teaching and office work and has the functions of "teaching, training and actual combat".

Through repeated argumentation and discussion with cooperative enterprises, we should connect with the latest professional standards, industry standards and job specifications, closely follow the actual work process of the post, adjust the curriculum structure, update the curriculum content, and deepen the reform of multi-mode curriculum.

The educational mode of "dual-core, two-way and double-subject" cooperation between e-commerce specialty and enterprises has become the brand of our school. Jinjiang Vocational Education and Fujian Economic and Trade Channel made a special report on this. In 2020, this model has been promoted and implemented in many majors in the school, such as: China Cuisine Specialty and Jinjiang Jinma State Guest Hotel, Food and Quanzhou Maidu Food to develop a "dual-core, two-way, dual-subject" education model.
