Chapter 1 Basic Norms Article 1: Support the Constitution, abide by laws, regulations and supervisory disciplines. Article 25: Participate in cultural and recreational activities to enhance physical fitness and cultivate sentiments. Chapter 4 Labor Standards Article 26 Actively participate in labor. Failure to participate in labor for any reason must be approved by the police officer.
