The use of electronic weighbridge is relatively simple. First of all, you should be familiar with the basic functions of cleaning, peeling, peeling and printing on the instrument. It depends on your instrument model. Instruments used in small electronic weighbridge include A6 A 12+e A9, etc.

A6 calibration method is as follows:

4 Set the input full scale with the function accumulation skinning key. Press the zero key to confirm that 【 F030.00 】 is set to full scale: press the accumulation key to change the blinking position circularly to the right, press the function key to change the blinking position circularly to the left, and press the skinning key to automatically increase the blinking position 1. 5 After it is stable, press the zero key to confirm 【 noLoAd 】 zero calibration: make the instrument in an empty scale connection state. After the stable indicator light is on, press the zero key to confirm the zero point, and the instrument will display "-"for about two seconds before entering the loading calibration.

6 Input the actual weight of the weight on the weighing platform through the function accumulation stripping key, and press the return-to-zero key to confirm the linear calibration of 【 ad load】【a 030.00 】: load a certain load (the closer it is to the full scale, the better). Input the actual weight of the weight loaded on the weighing platform (for example, 3000), and the input method is the same as step 4. After the stability indicator lights up, press the zero key to confirm, the instrument will display "-",and then go to the next step.

7 Return to working state after calibration [* * * *] Instrument calibration is over. Note: During the calibration process, press the reset key to interrupt the calibration and return to the working state.

The calibration method of A 12+e is as follows:

3. Maximum weighing setting:

Display full press the peeling key to enter the digital input state.

When 000000 is displayed, press the peel key, and the symbol V moves to the right in turn. Select the calibration method input position of digital weighing platform A 12A 12E, and press the zero key pair.

It should be automatically added step by step until the required number appears, then press the stripping key identifier V to move to the right in turn to select the number input position, press the zero key to automatically add step by step until the maximum scale value appears, and press the # key to confirm and automatically enter the next parameter setting.

For example, if 025000 is displayed, press the # key to confirm and automatically enter the zero calibration state.

4. Zero calibration:

There is nothing on the no-load scale, wait for the stable mark V to appear, and then press the # key to complete the zero calibration.

Enter the range calibration state.

5. Full-scale calibration:

Display AdLOAD to place a weight on the scale, and press the peeling key to enter the input state.

When 000000 is displayed, press the peel key, and the symbol 1-r moves to the right in turn to select the digital input position, and then press zero.

The corresponding position of the key will automatically increase by one step by step until the required number appears, then press the peel key mark V to move to the right in turn to select the number input position, and press the zero key to automatically increase by one step by step until the displayed number and weight are equal, and return the input position mark to the highest position. When the stability mark V appears, press the # key to confirm and end the range calibration state.
