Article 1: If a student commits any of the following acts, it is a general disciplinary violation. 5. Failure to turn in homework or take part in periodic quizzes without permission or reason.

6. Entering the staff activity area once without permission.

7. Those who buy food in advance or do not queue up once to buy food.

Article 2: If a student commits any of the following acts, depending on the circumstances, the school will issue a criticism or warning within the school.

8. Boarding students leave the school once without permission.

9. Making loud noise once in the teaching building.

10. Those who have serious disciplinary violations or have an insincere attitude towards accepting criticism from inspectors.

11. Those who commit general disciplinary violations more than twice within a week.

12. Those who miss a class.

(Including physical education classes, class meetings, labor classes, self-study classes, school meetings)

13. Failure to attend morning exercises, recess exercises or eye exercises twice within a week without any reason .

14. Violate the dormitory’s regulations on lunch breaks and evening breaks more than twice a week.

15. Those who damage public property without reason will, in addition to making compensation as required, be notified of criticism or be severely punished depending on the circumstances.

Article 3: If a student commits any of the following acts, the school will impose a demerit penalty depending on the circumstances, and will cancel the penalty within a certain period of time depending on the performance and will not record it in the student file. Otherwise, it will be recorded as a demerit. Enter the student's personal file.

16. Those who have committed cheating in various examinations organized by the school.

17. Students who violate disciplines and have a harsh attitude toward inspections and management personnel’s education.

18. Students who violate discipline and are criticized by the school twice (inclusive) more than twice in one school year.

19. Students who are absent from class for more than 6 consecutive class hours (including 6 class hours).

20. Those who are continuously late or leave early more than three times a week.

21. There are people who smoke, play cards, chess, etc. in the school.

22. Go to an Internet cafe or electronic arcade no matter when and where.

Article 4: If a student commits any of the following acts, the school will, depending on the circumstances, place him on probation, order him to drop out of school, or expel him from school, and record it in the student's file.

23. Those who fail in more than three major courses during the school year will be placed on probation by the school.

24. Those who are absent from class, late or leave early in one semester (three late arrivals or early departures will be counted as absenteeism) for more than 50 periods in total will be automatically dismissed.

25. Those who use electrical appliances or pull wires indiscriminately should be given at least probation; those who cause accidents will be expelled from school.

26. Students who have puppy love tendencies and do not accept school education will be ordered to drop out of school.

27. Those who engage in theft, gambling, or alcoholism will be subject to probation or expulsion from school, depending on the circumstances.

30. If students are dissatisfied with critical education and engage in retaliatory behavior against teachers or students, the school will subject them to detention or expulsion, depending on the severity of the case.

31. For individual students who violate disciplines and fail to change despite repeated admonitions, they may be subject to successively heavier punishments until they are expelled from school.

Regulations on Penalties for Disciplinary Violations of Middle School Students

In order to establish and maintain the teaching and living order of the school, improve the quality of education and teaching, and cultivate qualified middle school students, according to the "Code for Middle School Students" issued by the State Education Commission, "Code of Daily Behavior for Middle School Students", these regulations are specially formulated based on the actual situation of our school.

1. Students who have any of the following conditions should be carefully examined at the class meeting. If the case is serious, the whole school will be notified and criticized.

1. Be late for class twice a week.

2. Absent from school for two periods without any reason.

3. Avoiding duty or not taking duty seriously.

4. Deliberately destroying the environment (throwing away waste everywhere, scribbling on walls and blackboards, tearing down notices, and changing notices).

5. Disrupt others’ study, work, rest or disrupt classroom and self-study disciplines.

6. Not participating in exercises, flag-raising, and parades without any reason, or making noises, whistling, or making noises during the parade.

11. Students who are absent from class for 10 to 15 periods without any reason in a semester (being late and leaving early twice will be counted as missing one class, the same below);

14. For students involved in causing trouble, planning, fighting, participating in, and perjury.

(1) Perpetrator: a student who is unruly, refuses to listen to dissuasion, uses language to tease and offends others in various ways, but does not hit anyone and has no consequences;

(2) Planner: A student who plans a fight with others without causing any consequences;

(3) Fighter: A student who hits someone without hurting others;

(4) Participant Beater: A student who takes sides in the name of "stopping a fight" without causing any consequences;

(5) Perjurer: A student who witnesses deliberately perjures others to make the investigation difficult.

15. Students who steal, extort or defraud property with a value of less than 20 yuan;

16. Students who intentionally damage public property with a value of less than 20 yuan ( Compensation according to the price);

17. Students who burn electric stoves privately, connect lamp holders and sockets indiscriminately, and still do not correct themselves after being criticized and educated (and will be fined accordingly);

18. Frequent disruption Classroom discipline will not change despite repeated instruction.

19. Students who have abnormal interactions with people outside the school that affect the normal order of the school and have not yet caused consequences;

20. Failure to submit homework 5 times in a single subject in a semester or 10 times in total in each subject Students who do not hand in homework and have a bad attitude;

21. Students who drink alcohol or smoke.

22. Entering commercial dance halls, video halls, amusement arcades, Internet cafes or reading health books and periodicals, students who are first-time offenders and have a good attitude towards admitting their mistakes;

23. Carrying dangerous goods, Students who bring flammable and explosive materials and weapons into the campus and set off firecrackers on campus.

24. Those who have been punished with two notifications of criticism will be given a warning; those who have been given two warnings will be given a serious warning.

(2) Anyone who falls under any of the following circumstances will be given a demerit.

25. Students who are absent from classes for 16 to 30 periods without any reason in one semester;

26. Students who cheat on exams twice (except for those who will be graded as zero points in the subject) ;

27. Students who are found to be in an abnormal relationship or having an abnormal relationship between boys and girls, and who still do not correct themselves despite repeated criticism and education and have a negative influence

28. Students involved in causing, planning, fighting, participating in, and perjury of trouble.

(1) Perpetrator: A student who hits someone and causes the consequences of a fight but does not hurt others;

(3) Participants: Students who take sides, promote the development of the situation and cause consequences in the name of breaking up the fight;

(5) Those who provide weapons: students who provide weapons for others to fight, but do not cause any consequences.

29. Students who steal, extort or defraud property with a crime value of less than 20 yuan to 100 yuan (need to compensate according to the price);

30. Deliberately destroy public property and property. Students who have spent more than one time or whose value is less than 20 yuan to 100 yuan (need to compensate according to the price);

31. Students who live on campus stay overnight without permission, seriously violating the work and rest system;

33. Students who falsely receive or open other people’s letters will be punished with a major demerit or probation depending on the severity of the case.

34. If there are two serious warnings in total, a demerit will be given.

If two demerits are accumulated, a major demerit will be given.

If a student receives two major demerits in total, he will be placed on probation.

(3) Depending on the seriousness of the case, those who fall under any of the following circumstances will be placed on probation, ordered to drop out of school, or expelled from school.

35. Students who are absent from school for 31 to 50 periods without excuse in a semester will be placed on probation; students who are absent from school for more than 51 periods without excuse will be ordered to drop out of school or be expelled from school;

36 . Those who have cheated on exams three times (except for zero points in this subject) will be placed on probation, and those who cheat four or more times will be ordered to drop out of school or be expelled from school;

37. Students have been found to be talking about Those who are in love, or have abnormal relationships between boys and girls, who do not correct themselves despite repeated criticism and education, and who have caused a bad influence among students and society;

38. Involving the perpetrators, planners, fights, Participants and perjurers:

(1) Perpetrator: If you hit someone and cause minor injuries to others, you will be detained in school for probation; if you hit someone and cause serious injuries to others, you will be ordered to drop out of school and be expelled from school;

(2) Planner: Planned him to fight, with serious consequences, and was punished by being ordered to drop out of school or expelled from school;

(3) Participants: In the name of "stopping the fight," he took sides and promoted the situation. Development, and students who cause consequences will be placed on probation or ordered to be expelled from school;

(4) Those who provide weapons: Those who provide weapons to others and cause consequences will be placed on probation, ordered to drop out of school, or expelled from school, depending on the circumstances. ;

(5) Fighters: Beating others with weapons and causing consequences. Depending on the consequences, they will be placed on probation, ordered to drop out of school or expelled from school;

39. Anyone who steals, orders, or defrauds property with a crime value of more than 100 yuan (compensation is required) will be placed on probation or expelled from school depending on the circumstances.

40. Anyone who intentionally damages public property worth more than 100 yuan (compensation is required) will be placed on probation and ordered to be expelled from school.

41. Those who have been punished with a demerit and commit the crime again.

42. Students who live on campus spend many nights outside the campus without permission, come home late at night, and seriously violate the work and rest system.

43. Those who interact with people outside the school and affect the teaching order, causing serious consequences, or who refuse to change despite repeated admonitions.

44. Those who frequently enter commercial dance halls, video halls, amusement arcades, Internet cafes, participate in gambling, browse and publish unhealthy information or read unhealthy books and newspapers, causing serious consequences or who refuse to change despite repeated admonitions.

45. Insulting and beating teachers and staff.

46. Inciting or taking the lead in making trouble and disrupting the normal teaching order.

If the living order and social security are not enough to warrant criminal punishment, they will be punished separately;

(1) If the circumstances are serious and cannot be corrected after education, a demerit record or probation will be given;

(2) If the circumstances are serious, you will be ordered to drop out of school or be expelled from school;

47. For ordinary people who participate in making trouble, depending on the circumstances, consequences and attitude of admitting their mistakes, they will be given:

(1) Those who are sentenced to public surveillance, criminal detention, imprisonment or sent to reeducation through labor shall be expelled from school.

(2) Those who are sentenced to public surveillance, short-term detention or imprisonment and suspended (a crime of negligence) will be placed on probation or ordered to drop out of school.

(3) Those sentenced to administrative detention will be placed on probation or ordered to drop out of school.

(4) Those who are given a warning or fine will be given a demerit or probation depending on the severity of the case.

Those who fall under any of the following circumstances will be subject to aggravated first-level punishment.

a) Those who have a poor attitude towards admitting their mistakes after violating discipline.

b) Those who have been punished in this school.

50. Those who write reactionary slogans, distribute reactionary leaflets, or participate in cult activities, but have not yet reached the age of criminal responsibility.

3. Others:

51. If there are disciplinary violations not listed in these regulations, but sanctions need to be imposed, sanctions shall be imposed with reference to similar provisions in the above regulations.

52. Borrowing students and returning students who violate disciplines will be dismissed based on the seriousness of the circumstances and will be punished with a demerit or above.

53. Those who are punished will be given the following additional penalties:

(1) During the execution of the punishment, the person being punished shall not be rated as "Three Good Students" or "Excellent Student Cadres" and other honorary titles (except subject competitions).

(2) The person subject to punishment shall not receive any material rewards during the execution of the punishment.

54. If a student is punished or the punishment is withdrawn, the parents of the student should be notified and recorded in the student's student status.
