Regulations on Penalties for Disciplinary Violations of Middle School Students

(5) Perjurer: A student who witnesses deliberately perjures others to make the investigation difficult.
15. Students who steal, extort or defraud property with a value of less than 20 yuan;
16. Students who intentionally damage public property with a value of less than 20 yuan ( Compensation according to the price);
17. Students who burn electric stoves privately, connect lamp holders and sockets indiscriminately, and still do not correct themselves after being criticized and educated (and will be fined accordingly);

(3) Depending on the seriousness of the case, those who fall under any of the following circumstances will be placed on probation, ordered to drop out of school, or expelled from school.
35. Students who are absent from school for 31 to 50 periods without excuse in a semester will be placed on probation; students who are absent from school for more than 51 periods without excuse will be ordered to drop out of school or be expelled from school;
36 . Those who have cheated on exams three times (except for zero points in this subject) will be placed on probation, and those who cheat four or more times will be ordered to drop out of school or be expelled from school;

44. Those who frequently enter commercial dance halls, video halls, amusement arcades, Internet cafes, participate in gambling, browse and publish unhealthy information or read unhealthy books and newspapers, causing serious consequences or who refuse to change despite repeated admonitions.
45. Insulting and beating teachers and staff.
46. Inciting or taking the lead in making trouble and disrupting the normal teaching order.
If the living order and social security are not enough to warrant criminal punishment, they will be punished separately;
(1) If the circumstances are serious and cannot be corrected after education, a demerit record or probation will be given;

47. For ordinary people who participate in making trouble, depending on the circumstances, consequences and attitude of admitting their mistakes, they will be given:

(4) Those who are given a warning or fine will be given a demerit or probation depending on the severity of the case.
Those who fall under any of the following circumstances will be subject to aggravated first-level punishment.

b) Those who have been punished in this school.
50. Those who write reactionary slogans, distribute reactionary leaflets, or participate in cult activities, but have not yet reached the age of criminal responsibility.
3. Others:
51. If there are disciplinary violations not listed in these regulations, but sanctions need to be imposed, sanctions shall be imposed with reference to similar provisions in the above regulations.
52. Borrowing students and returning students who violate disciplines will be dismissed based on the seriousness of the circumstances and will be punished with a demerit or above.
53. Those who are punished will be given the following additional penalties:
(1) During the execution of the punishment, the person being punished shall not be rated as "Three Good Students" or "Excellent Student Cadres" and other honorary titles (except subject competitions).
