Regulations on Penalties for Disciplinary Violations of Middle School Students

15. Students who steal, extort or defraud property with a value of less than 20 yuan;

35. Students who are absent from school for 31 to 50 periods without excuse in a semester will be placed on probation; students who are absent from school for more than 51 periods without excuse will be ordered to drop out of school or be expelled from school;

45. Insulting and beating teachers and staff.

If the living order and social security are not enough to warrant criminal punishment, they will be punished separately;

47. For ordinary people who participate in making trouble, depending on the circumstances, consequences and attitude of admitting their mistakes, they will be given:

3. Others:

51. If there are disciplinary violations not listed in these regulations, but sanctions need to be imposed, sanctions shall be imposed with reference to similar provisions in the above regulations.

52. Borrowing students and returning students who violate disciplines will be dismissed based on the seriousness of the circumstances and will be punished with a demerit or above.

53. Those who are punished will be given the following additional penalties:
