Soldiers saw at the scene that the Jinbei car was parked in the middle of the road and a motorcycle fell next to the road guardrail. The local traffic police department set up a cordon at the accident scene. Hundreds of vehicles were blocked on both sides of the road, hundreds of passengers were stranded, and the road and surrounding cliffs were surrounded by onlookers. To prevent safety accidents, fire officers and traffic police advised onlookers to leave and evacuate.
