The specific steps to establish a party group in the learning ability APP are as follows:

1. Open the Learning Ability APP and click "Party Building Work" to enter the Party Building Work page.

2. Click "Party Group" in the navigation bar at the top of the party building work page to enter the party group page.

3. On the party group page, click the "+"button in the upper right corner to enter the page of creating a party group.

4. On the page of creating a party group, fill in the name, introduction and announcement of the party group and add party members.

5. Click the "Create" button to complete the creation of the party group.
