1. Manage time reasonably. Improve your own answers. The candidate's own understanding and answers to the questions are the foundation of the interview. Compared with the traditional structured interview format, the first preparation stage of the structured group gives everyone enough time to think about these three questions. This requires everyone to fully think about and record their own ideas and key points in a relatively sufficient amount of time. It is necessary to make full use of the good words, sentences, celebrity allusions, etc. accumulated in daily life into the entire answer. For example: The example can be the most beautiful tax person in the region. Such a person may be an outstanding representative around the judges, or even a colleague. This can make the examiner's eyes brighter and more personalized. We can also quote the policies and spirit related to our tax system to deepen our mutual understanding with the judges. On the other hand, you can also refine your countermeasures and analysis so that they are well-founded and implemented.

2. Unity, cooperation and team spirit. Structured groups usually consist of three people answering questions and making comments. The image of the entire team is also one of the factors that affects the score. You can discuss with each other before entering the door, and say hello sequentially or collectively after entering the door to show your politeness. When answering questions, pay attention to relevant requirements. If you encounter other candidates who have answered questions in the wrong order or take too long to answer questions, you should also give a kind reminder through your eyes or words. In the comment section, please do not attack or ridicule each other.

3. Be polite and humble. Politeness is a basic requirement for being a human being. In the examination room, we must not only be polite to the examiners and staff, but also show appropriate respect to our opponents. I have some thoughts of my own here. In the feedback process, you must express your gratitude first, and respond to the feedback while seeking common ground while reserving differences. Do not blindly refute. It must be well-founded and with clear reasons. At the same time, you can also change the sentences at the beginning of the comments and comments to avoid mechanized sentences such as "candidate starts commenting on candidate No. 1", "candidate responds to candidate No. 1's comments", etc.

4. Seek truth from facts and be systematic and comprehensive. In the comment section, you need to listen carefully and carefully record your opponent's evaluation of yourself, keep a calm mind, seek truth from facts, be brave enough to admit where your answers are inadequate, and do not blindly quibble. When recording the opponent's answers, record the key information and key points of each question to see if there are any deviations or inaccuracies. Whether it is reasonable and clear at the logical level, and whether it is comprehensive and accurate in terms of content, structure, language, etc.
