Around 1956, our relationship with the Soviet Union became closer and closer, mainly because of the victory of the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea, and the Soviet Union began to regard us as strategic partners. Without experience in agricultural production, they can hardly complete agricultural production, and their rations are almost entirely supported by local people. In the city, they once looked down on those farmers, but here they also tasted discrimination. The blow they suffered was a nightmare.

Some educated youths are almost held in the palm of their hands when they are in the city, but when they are faced with heavy physical labor, they can't support themselves.
