The difference between land compensation fee and resettlement subsidy

According to the relevant laws and regulations of our country, the difference between land compensation fee and resettlement fee is as follows: different purposes. Land compensation fee refers to the compensation for losses caused by land expropriation by the state to land owners and land users due to their investment and income in land. Resettlement subsidy refers to the subsidy fee given by the state to resettle the life of agricultural population whose main means of production is land when land is requisitioned. 1. What is the land compensation fee? Land compensation fee refers to the compensation given to land owners and land users because the state expropriates land collectively owned by farmers. According to China's current laws and regulations, land expropriation compensation includes young crops, compensation for overground objects, land compensation fees, resettlement subsidies and social security fees for landless farmers. Second, what is the resettlement subsidy? 1, resettlement subsidy refers to the subsidy fee given by the state to resettle the life of agricultural population whose main means of production is land when land is requisitioned. Calculation formula of housing demolition and resettlement fee: housing demolition and resettlement fee = relocation subsidy+temporary resettlement subsidy in case of no turnover space+temporary resettlement subsidy beyond the transition period+compensation for loss caused by non-residential housing shutdown. 2. The standard of resettlement subsidy for requisition of other land shall be stipulated by the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government with reference to the standard of resettlement subsidy for requisition of cultivated land. The resettlement subsidy for requisitioning non-cultivated land with income is generally calculated by multiplying the annual output value of the land by a multiple slightly lower than the resettlement subsidy for adjacent cultivated land; Resettlement subsidies shall not be paid for the foundations of buildings such as requisitioned houses and non-cultivated land without income.
