Monobody first appeared in super sports cars, and its principle is to increase the rigidity of the vehicle through the integrated body structure, thus improving the performance limit. The only difference is that the single body structure of super sports cars generally adopts integrated carbon fiber, while the new guard adopts aluminum alloy for cost reasons.

But even so, it can ensure excellent body rigidity. With the improvement of body material, design and welding technology, the heavy load-bearing body is no longer suitable for today's hard-core off-road vehicles. Just like cast iron engines, even if they have the potential for modification, they will eventually be eliminated by aluminum alloy engines. The same is true of the structure of off-road vehicles.
