Responsible for the planning and management of construction projects, and formulate relevant technical specifications for the planning and management of urban construction projects; Organize the preparation of detailed planning for the construction of important plots; Put forward the design points according to law, examine and approve the construction project planning and design scheme, and issue the construction project planning permit.
