The adjusted measures are: from 7: to 21: every day on Fenghuang Road, trucks with an approved load of 1.5 tons or more are prohibited from passing. Military and police trucks, fire engines and engineering rescue trucks performing emergency tasks are not subject to the above measures. Trucks of more than 1.5 tons (including 1.5 tons) that really need to travel during the above-mentioned road ban period for urban emergency rescue, disaster relief, medical care, sanitation, municipal engineering and urban production need urgently can apply for the Truck Pass from the Traffic Police Brigade of Chancheng Branch of Foshan Public Security Bureau.

In order to strengthen urban road management, relieve traffic pressure, effectively prevent and reduce road traffic accidents, and avoid the damage of large trucks to roads in county towns, according to the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulations on Urban Road Management, The notices are as follows:

1. Prohibited vehicles and areas

(1) Prohibited vehicles: tracked vehicles, iron wheeled vehicles or overweight, ultra-high and ultra-long vehicles, yellow card transport vehicles and freight vehicles with three axles or above (hereinafter referred to as large trucks) are prohibited from passing in the prohibited areas all day.

(2) No-go areas: urban roads in the west of Shandong Road, north of Wulianshan Road, south of Huanghai Road and east of Binhe Road.

2. Large transit trucks can bypass the peripheral roads such as Shandong Road, Wulianshan Road, Huanghai Road and Binhe Road.

3. Large trucks carrying fresh agricultural products such as fresh milk, fresh vegetables and live fish are allowed to enter the no-go area during off-peak hours. Before entering the urban area, they should apply to the Municipal Bureau of Administration and Law Enforcement or the Wulian Brigade of the traffic police for approval.

4. The following large trucks are allowed to enter the no-go area from 23: to 6: :

(1) large trucks that haul important daily necessities such as grain, edible oil and frozen food (meat, aquatic products and poultry, etc.);

(2) large trucks that haul inseparable items such as large machinery and bridges;

(3) large trucks that haul refined oil and natural gas.

5. Large freight vehicles, such as engineering construction, municipal emergency repair, road cleaning, garbage removal and landscaping, which are closely related to people's lives in the forbidden area, should go to Wulian County Urban Management Administrative Law Enforcement Brigade (address: 633-52134xxx, No.24 Renmin Road, xx County) or Traffic Police Wulian Brigade (address: 633-5335xx, No.111 Shandong Road, xx County)

6. For vehicles that violate the regulations and enter the urban area without permission, the county urban management and law enforcement bureau will cooperate with the traffic police Wulian Brigade and the county transportation bureau to take automatic snapshots and patrol inspections, and strictly deal with them according to the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulations on Urban Road Management. Other freight vehicles comply with the current restrictions on freight vehicles in Wulian County. 2xx September 15th to September 3th is the publicity and education period, and vehicles violating the provisions of this circular will be dealt with according to law from October 1st, 2xx.
