Why do young people nowadays lack the spirit of hard struggle?

Because most young people now have good family conditions and have not suffered much since childhood. Since the development of the motherland, most of us now have a good standard of living. We don't need to go hungry or be cold, and we don't need to shoulder the burden of a family since childhood. Most of our young people grew up under the care of their parents and relatives. It is said that frugality is easy and extravagance is difficult. I think many middle-aged or elderly people who have suffered before do not want to suffer again, let alone young people who have hardly suffered! Hard work is no longer the slogan of this era. Many people want to be fat houses and salted fish.

Of course, it's not all that they can't stand suffering, but the life concept of modern young people is different from the past. Hard work is a famous saying of the older generation. Although we young people may not be able to work hard now, we also have our own life ideas and values. We care more about innovation, so the development of science and technology is changing with each passing day. Our life is getting simpler, smarter and better. We can enjoy life and create our own value at the same time, which is understandable.

Maybe not all young people are like this, and some young people have no goals. Sometimes when we have everything, we will lose our goals and have no motivation. There are also many young people who feel that life is very confused, don't know what they like, and don't know what they should do. They are all pushed forward by their parents and the trend of society, without their own will and direction. I am also a member of such a confused group, so I don't know how to struggle hard. After all, I don't even have a direction, and I don't have much motivation to do anything, let alone struggle hard.

Maybe there are more reasons than that, but I want to say that young people are not completely lacking in the spirit of hard struggle. Even though we are confused, we are still promoting social progress.
