Contents of National Defense Education Day

National defense education day is a theme activity day determined by the state to carry out large-scale national defense education for all, and it is one of the forms of mass national defense education activities. Article 12 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on National Defense Education stipulates that the state establishes a national defense education day.

On this day, all teenagers aged from 16 to 18 must participate in educational activities with the main content of preparing for fulfilling national defense obligations. Vietnam designated 65438+February 22nd (the anniversary of the founding of the Vietnamese People's Army) as "National Defense Day".

National Defense Education Day in China is the third Saturday in September every year.
