A "Hengyang Agricultural Craftsman's" Food Empire "Dream

For Liang Jun,

Ling Jun Food Partner,

Executive Director Luo once commented on this.

She said,

At Liang Jun's age,

There are not many enterprising people like him.

This is a place worth appreciating.

It is also her and other shareholders.

One of the main reasons for investing in Ling Jun.

On August 22nd, Ling Jun Food landed in the "Hengyang Enterprise Development Sichuan-Shaanxi Forum" led by Mayor Zhu Jian for a roadshow. Its simple corporate style and rich grounding products have been well received by the on-site mentor group. Mayor Zhu Jian improvised and gave Ling Junmei a slogan:

Ling Jun let the world share the taste of Hengyang!

This may be the only one of more than 60 roadshow companies to get the mayor's slogan since the Chuanshan Forum was held for more than 20 years. Isn't this lucky index an honor?

In a small fish village in Jiangdong Scenic Area, Liang Jun told us some little-known stories. When he was young, he worked as a farmer at home, drove a motorcycle, waited in line in Shenzhen stock market and earned the first bucket of gold of 80 thousand yuan, and went to various vegetable markets to do various small vegetable basket businesses. He also had a fight with others because he was bullied because of dissatisfaction.

In the depths of Liang Jun's memory, when I was a child, I followed my parents to carry food in the streets of Hengzhou City, selling zongzi on the Dragon Boat Festival, moon cakes on the Mid-Autumn Festival, Yuanxiao on the Lantern Festival, and various snacks such as sesame candy, rice cakes, bazan and shortcakes.

From pure fun before even dismissing the family craft, Liang Jun made up his mind to revive this craft and took a detour.

The year when I woke up to revive my family craft was 1998.

Starting from a roadside stall in Jiangdong, Hengyang, Mr. Liang got up early every day and worked hard.

Finally, in 2003, Liang Jun moved from "Jiangdong" to "Jiangxi", rented the facade of a front shop and back factory next to Guhan Avenue in Shigu District, Hengyang City, handled the business license of "Ling Jun Food Processing Factory" and started his own physical store operation.

From the beginning of the store, everyone who goes to the store to buy things, Liang Jun has to ask: "How does it taste?" Then carefully record the customer feedback information, so as to improve the technology and improve customer satisfaction. In this way, the first batch of customers became regulars, and regulars brought new customers, forming a virtuous circle.

Because it is a seasonal product, whenever the sales season passes, Liang Jun stays in the processing room of the store to study hard, improve the formula and continue to upgrade the traditional food production technology.

He also bought a large number of food books and materials for research, and humbly asked folk masters and experts in workshops for new inspiration and inspiration; In order to further absorb the new technology of food production, Liang Jun also went to Guangzhou and the north to learn from the experience, absorb the strengths of food in the north and south, take its essence and discard its dross, and boldly improve and innovate according to the actual situation in Hengyang, knowing it by heart.

It is this spirit of hard work and persistence that makes Ling Junmei eat endlessly and full of innovative stamina.

Liang Jun independently developed and innovated Yuanxiao, Zongzi and moon cakes in ancestral crafts, which were affectionately called "Lingjun Sanbao" by customers, and condensed his countless painstaking efforts and sweat.

In particular, the "Lingjun Water Ink Lantern Festival" has entered the protection list of "intangible cultural heritage".

Liang Jun is not only a pragmatic person, but also a thoughtful and innovative person.

Although he has never been to college, he also knows the truth that "third-rate enterprises make products, second-rate enterprises make markets, and first-class enterprises make brands".

To this end, after solving a series of problems such as product research and development and quality stability, in 2009, in cooperation with "Win with Big Hand and marketing planning agencies", we started enterprise CI and brand packaging, and initially established enterprise VI and network promotion system.

Ling Jun's products are relatively mature and stable, and have won the market reputation and fame, and have a group of loyal customers.

20 1 1, Liang Jun made a bold decision after careful consideration-financing to build a factory, expanding its scale, and establishing a brand-new modern factory base integrating R&D, production and distribution in Jiao Shan Township.

In 20 13, Ling Jun Food Company re-registered with a capital increase of more than 6 million yuan, and officially changed its name to "Ling Jun Traditional Food Technology Development Co., Ltd.".

In July of the same year, recommended by Shigu District Committee and District People's Government, Ling Jun Food was rated as the key supporting enterprise of Hengyang food industry and the "key leading enterprise of city agricultural industrialization", and Ling Jun's traditional characteristic products and pragmatic entrepreneurial spirit were highly praised by city and district leaders.

At present, Ling Jun has a traditional food production base and four direct food chain stores. Also built a corporate culture exhibition hall.

Ling Jun's unique traditional food development model has also attracted the attention of the national media, which has been reported in CCTV's brand strength, food China, taste road and other large-scale brand culture columns.

After years of hard work, the popularity and reputation of Ling Jun Zongzi and Ling Jun Yuanxiao ranked first in Hengyang, and Ling Jun Mooncake also entered the forefront of the list.

For thousands of years, eating moon cakes on Mid-Autumn Festival has become a traditional food culture and national complex. Every Mid-Autumn Festival, moon cakes of various brands, styles and fillings are dazzling.

However, when people enjoy the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday and comfort, they always have different views on moon cakes. Many people think that no matter what fillings are used in moon cakes, they can't escape the word "greasy"; Some people think that moon cakes, as a special holiday food, are that taste, and we can't ask too much.

As a veteran in the food industry, Liang Jun also has his own views on moon cakes. He believes that no matter whether it is Cantonese-style, Beijing-style or Soviet-style moon cakes, there are more or less "three highs" of high oil, high sugar and high fat. The so-called "greasy" of moon cakes is also derived from this, which is a big "pain point" of moon cakes.

Liang Jun has always wanted to make a kind of food, break the bottleneck of moon cakes and even change their properties. Moon cakes can be made in Mid-Autumn Festival, and foods other than Mid-Autumn Festival can also be made.

I'm afraid the prototype with this potential quality is only "Suyue" in Hengyang, which is a local specialty food with a history of hundreds of years and is famous for its crispy and delicious taste.

The problem is that in the past 100 years, for various reasons, the crispy moon has been groping in lard, which is also commonly known as the "Hengyang traditional lard crispy moon".

This crispy moon cake tastes good, but it still has the flavor of "high oil, high sugar and high fat" of traditional moon cakes. We call it "Yancheng Suyue 1.0".

Liang Jun originally wanted to use tea oil instead of lard, but it was not put into practice because of the difficulty of technology and the high price of tea oil.

Until 20 19, Liang Jun collided with Liu Yang, the founder of culture, and Wang Jiaxiang, the camellia oleifera association, and the three of them happened to coincide with each other, so they formally decided to develop "tea oil crisp and thin moon".

This is not only an innovation of traditional products, but also a bold attempt to build Hengyang Camellia oleifera brand.

But it's easier said than done.

The production process of tea oil crisp moon is mostly manual, and it has to go through more than ten processes, such as formulation, grinding, sieving, mixing, kneading, defoaming, kneading, mashing, pressing, baking, cooling and packaging.

Tea oil crisp moon is made of more than ten kinds of raw materials, such as osmanthus fragrans, walnuts, roses, platycodon grandiflorum and candied winter melon. It's just that baking is very particular. The initial temperature is required to be at least 273℃, and then gradually cool down. The time is controlled at 10min, and the cakes are put into the oven with the set temperature —— "Be vigilant to keep the noodles on fire "————" The moon cakes are crisp and even.

You can imagine the complexity of hand-made tea cakes and thin moons.

Ling Jun Food, together with Hengyang Camellia Association and other organizations, selected Liang's crispy moon embryo made by hand for a hundred years from the aspects of ingredients selection, stuffing ratio, process improvement and product packaging, and perfectly combined it with "Shouguo Camellia Oil" squeezed by the ancient method for a thousand years.

This not only retains the advantages of traditional essence, but also is not limited by old technology and taste. Innovating on the original basis, giving new connotations, thus breaking the "curse" of time and space, and bringing consumers a brand-new taste and experience of "not greasy, low-fat sugar, crispy and delicious, and more nutritious".

After long-term repeated experiments and careful polishing day and night, the "Tea Oil Crisp and Thin Moon" with rich tea fragrance and crisp softness was finally developed on the eve of the Mid-Autumn Festival on 20 19, and the market response was applauded, which was called "Yancheng Crisp and Thin Moon 2.0".

Since 2020, Liang Jun has established "Yancheng Food" with its original partners, continuously upgrading the taste, quality and nutrition of "Tea Oil Crispy and Thin Moon" to the height of "Longevity Moon" and "Longevity Cake", and introducing new nutritious flavor products such as "dried fruit" and "pine nuts" to make the food "crisp but not greasy, delicious and more nutritious".

Undoubtedly, this ushered in "Tea Oil Crisp and Thin Moon 3.0".

Liang Jun's pursuit goes far beyond this.

In his view, to make the best food, you have to have the best raw materials.

Considering that Ling Jun's food consumption of sesame seeds is relatively high, he spent more than 5 million yuan to build a 400-acre "Ling Jun Food Sesame Plantation" and "Lingjun Three Black Food Production Base" in Heping Village, Jiaoshan Town, Shigu District, Hengyang City, focusing on cultivating and planting black rice, black beans and black sesame seeds.

Due to accurate positioning and proper planning, this project has become the designated project of the local precision agriculture planting demonstration base, and it is a key project for benefiting farmers and enriching the people by vigorously developing characteristic agricultural industries, actively promoting the business model of "company+cooperative+base+farmer" and effectively realizing industrial transformation and upgrading.

The establishment of "Ling Jun Food Sesame Plantation" will add a new force to the rural revitalization strategy of "one village, one product" and "integration of production and village" in Bashan Town, and Ling Jun Food will also take this opportunity to take a new step in the enterprise journey of becoming bigger and stronger.

On a hot summer day, Liang Jun visited the Lingjun Sanhei food production base, where sesame blossoms are rising day by day. His suntanned face reflects the true nature of a simple farmer.

In the noisy and impetuous era, it is rare to have an ingenuity.

If a farmer is original, he will have a dedication to the intensive cultivation of crops and agricultural products in the field. We call him a farmer, such as Yuan Longping.

If a worker is original, he will be conscientious and meticulous in his field.

We call them craftsmen, such as the famous Luban.

Whether farmers or artisans, this ingenuity not only refers to exquisite ideas, but also refers to the almost harsh requirements for works, the spiritual concept and pursuit of Excellence and meticulous quality.

In this sense, Liang Jun can be called "Hengyang agricultural craftsman".

At his feet, his "dream of a gourmet empire" is constantly extending into the distance from a zone called Jiao Shan. ...
