The venues for the 14th National Games are distributed in 13 urban areas.

They are 22 in Xi’an City, 6 each in Xianyang City and Weinan City, 5 in Baoji City, 3 in Yan’an City, 2 each in Hanzhong City, Ankang City, Shangluo City, Yangling Demonstration Zone, and Tongchuan City, Yulin City, Hancheng City, and Xixian New District, 1 each.

The 14th Sports Games of the People's Republic of China will be held in Shaanxi Province in 2021. On December 29, 2015, the General Office of the State Council agreed that Shaanxi Province would host the 14th National Games in 2021. The 14th National Games was held in 13 urban areas, with 14,000 participants, 5,500 technical officials, 5,750 professional competition volunteers, and 38 participating delegations; the Paralympic Games had 17 major events and 18 sub-items. There are 4,300 participants, 1,550 technical officials, and 35 participating delegations.
