Contract system (I personally think that the four systems should be the project manager responsibility system) refers to the contract management system of construction projects. In other words, construction projects, including project management, operation, design, construction, supervision and other construction activities, should have corresponding written contracts, and these activities should be managed on the basis of contracts.

Bidding system refers to all construction projects that meet the scale and standards stipulated by the state, and the projects stipulated by the state must be undertaken by the tenderer. For example, if the cost of design and supervision exceeds 500,000 yuan, it will be invited for bidding, if the equipment installation part exceeds 6,543,800 yuan, and the civil engineering cost exceeds 2 million yuan.

Supervision system refers to the supervision management system that must be implemented in construction projects. In other words, large-scale civil buildings, public buildings, road traffic facilities and other construction projects must implement the supervision and management system.
