How many districts and counties are there in Shaoyang?

Shaoyang has nine counties and three districts. These nine counties are Shaodong, Xinshao, Longhui, Dongkou, Wugang (county-level city), Xinning, Suining, Chengbu and Shaoyang. The three districts are Shuangqing, Daxiang and Beita.
