1. Fulfill trial duties and serve the overall work

The third is to actively carry out legal publicity and crime prevention work, and participate in comprehensive social security management and safety creation activities. Criminal trials were conducted in communities and military camps 15 times, effectively combating crime, protecting the people, educating the masses, and maintaining the stability of social order.
(2) Effectively resolve civil and commercial disputes and promote social harmony
Throughout the year, 875 civil and commercial cases of various types were accepted and 825 were concluded, with a closure rate of 94. First, properly handle cases involving marriage and family disputes such as divorce, custody, alimony, inheritance, etc., protect the legitimate rights and interests of women, the elderly, minors, and parties without fault in divorce, and promote family harmony and social stability. The second is to promptly hear various contract dispute cases and maintain normal transaction order and transaction security. The third is to focus on hearing cases of infringement disputes, sanctioning illegal infringements, and ensuring that the legitimate rights and interests of the country, collectives, and individuals are not illegally infringed. The fourth is to attach great importance to cases of migrant workers asking for wages, treat malicious wage arrears and wage arrears caused by "triangular debt" differently, actively coordinate local governments and relevant departments according to different situations, and use mediation to honor migrant workers in the shortest possible time. wages, eliminating many mass petitions. (3) Actively explore the administrative coordination mechanism and properly resolve administrative disputes

The third is to review and execute non-litigation administrative cases applied for compulsory execution by administrative agencies to ensure that administrative agencies effectively perform their social management functions. Throughout the year, 10 administrative cases were accepted and 10 cases were concluded.
(4) Increase enforcement efforts to ensure that the people’s rights to win lawsuits are realized as soon as possible
Increase case enforcement efforts and strive to promote a virtuous cycle of enforcement work. 2. Deepen the judicial measures for the people and safeguard the rights and interests of the people

(1) Improve the judicial service platform

Through the above methods, our hospital handled 316 pre-litigation mediation cases this year, accounting for 40% of the total number of civil cases filed in the hospital, reducing the pressure on civil trials and resolving a large number of social conflicts.
