Slogans don't belong

Is this the slogan of a business place? This reflects the operator's operational autonomy. However, many enterprises know that they have operational autonomy, but they will not use it. For example, this slogan may lead to the expression of operational autonomy, but there are problems in writing. In many cases, this slogan gives people a very uncivilized feeling. If you write "Our company does not accept peers" OK, there is no problem at all, because this is the right of the merchants, but the rights of the merchants cannot affect the implementation of the rights of others. For example, it is somebody else's business to avoid entering the country.
