First, identify the object

In the first stage, those who have Shanwei urban household registration or hold Shanwei urban residence permit and whose household registration is in other provinces and cities and within the validity period meet the recognition conditions; Persons who hold residence permits for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents or travel permits for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents to and from the mainland or who are valid for five years in mainland travel permit for taiwan residents and meet the conditions for recognition; Active servicemen and active armed police of the troops stationed in Shantou meet the recognition conditions.

In the second stage, students with Shanwei household registration or residence permit who study in Shanwei universities within the validity period are exempted from the examination (with teachers' professional ability certificate) and graduated from public universities.

Second, the identification conditions
