Announcement on the open recruitment of contract (supernumerary) staff of the Xuzhou City Work Safety Supervision Administration

Due to work needs, the Xuzhou City Work Safety Administration has decided to open the recruitment of contract workers to the public (Non-staff) staff.

The relevant matters are now announced as follows:

1. Application conditions

1. Comply with national laws and regulations, be dedicated to work, have good conduct, and have a good career Morality;

2. Have a full-time undergraduate degree or above, be under 30 years old (born after January 1, 1982), and must have more than two years of work experience in some positions (working time is calculated until 2012) March);

3. Registration

(1) Registration time, place and method

1. Registration time: April 9 to April 13, 2012, 9:00-17:00.

2. Registration location: Organization and Personnel Department of Xuzhou Municipal Work Safety Supervision Bureau: Room F439, fourth floor, West District Comprehensive Building, Xincheng District

3. Registration method: On-site registration

(2) Registration precautions and qualification review

Applicants must provide when registering:

1. Two recent one-inch full-face color photos without a hat;

2 , fill in the "Registration Form for Open Recruitment of Contract (Supernumerary) Staff of Xuzhou Municipal Work Safety Supervision Bureau" (Attachment 2);

3. Original and copy of ID card;

4 , originals and copies of academic certificates and degree certificates;

5. Originals and copies of other materials required to apply for a position, mainly including: proof of work experience, relevant qualification certificates, etc.

The registration information provided by the applicants must be true and valid. Anyone who commits fraud will be disqualified from the examination and employment upon verification.

There is no registration fee or examination fee for this open recruitment. Candidates who pass the registration qualification review can collect their admission tickets at the registration location on April 17, 2012.

The ratio of the written examination for this recruitment is 1:3. After the qualification review is completed, if the examination opening ratio is not reached, the recruitment of the position will be cancelled.

4. Examination subjects, time and implementation methods

1. Examination method: written examination, interview.

2. Written test subject examination content: relevant professional knowledge and comprehensive application ability required by specific positions.

3. Written test time: April 18, 2012. Candidates should take the exam at the time and place specified on the admission ticket.

4. Interview: According to the order of written test scores from high scores to low scores, within the ratio of 1:3 to the number of people to be hired for each recruitment position, candidates for the interview will be determined from high scores to low scores.

The interview will be conducted in accordance with the interview methods formulated by the Xuzhou Municipal Work Safety Supervision Bureau. The candidate's qualifications will be reviewed before the interview, and the original documents of the relevant materials will be required.

5. Comprehensive score calculation: the written test score is calculated as 50, and the interview score is calculated as 50 for the final admission score.

The comprehensive results will be announced on the website of Xuzhou City Work Safety Supervision and Administration Bureau, and candidates can check it.

5. Recruitment

The organization will conduct an assessment based on the ratio of 1:1 to the number of people to be recruited for the recruitment position. Those who pass the assessment will determine the list of personnel to be hired. The list of personnel to be hired will be announced on the website of Xuzhou Municipal Work Safety Supervision and Administration Bureau.

After the announcement is complete, the employment contract will be signed and the relevant employment procedures will be completed. The probation period is 3 months. If the employee passes the assessment at the end of the probation period, the labor contract will continue to be performed. Those who fail the assessment will be disqualified from employment.
