Article 1 is to maintain the order of the waterway transportation market , to regulate the verification and management of cargo ships entering and exiting the port in Zhejiang Province. These regulations are formulated in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations and the "Zhejiang Province Water Transport Management Regulations".

Article 2 Cargo ships sailing along the coast, rivers, lakes and other navigable waters of Zhejiang Province must comply with these regulations.

Article 3 The transportation department or the port and shipping management agency entrusted by it shall be responsible for the verification of cargo ships entering and leaving the port.

Article 4 Verification personnel stationed at the port by the transportation department or the port and shipping management agency entrusted by it shall verify the transportation documents of cargo ships entering and leaving the port 24 hours a day.

Article 5 Transport documents refer to the waterway cargo waybill (hereinafter referred to as the "waybill") and the "Ship Business Transportation Certificate" (hereinafter referred to as the "Operation Certificate"). Transport documents must be carried on board the ship.

Article 6 The ship owner’s representative should bring the transport documents to the verification station and submit them to the verification personnel for verification after the ship enters the port, before unloading, after loading and before leaving the port.
