What is interrogation?

Police interrogation norms:

The police should always adhere to rationality, peace, civilization and standardization when carrying out the investigation task, and take measures according to the situation to ensure safety.

The police should wear standard clothes when performing investigation tasks; If there is no standard clothing, the people's police card shall be produced; You should salute the person being questioned and tell him: "I am a policeman of XXX (unit), and I am checking you according to law." Please cooperate. " If the criminal suspect is excluded after interrogation, the police should salute the interrogated person, say "thank you for your cooperation" and politely let him leave.

Investigation is generally carried out by more than two policemen, and the tasks of vigilance and investigation are clearly divided.

Keep a proper distance from the interviewee and try to keep your back to the open space;

For criminal suspects with certain dangers, they should be controlled and inspected first, and cross-examination can only be carried out after confirming that there is no danger;

In cross-examination, one person takes the lead in asking questions, and other personnel are responsible for preventing the attacks of the interviewee or his associates.
