Extended information:

The Julu domestic waste incineration power generation project of the enterprise:

The Julu domestic waste incineration power generation project is a key project in Xingtai City. The project is located in Xiaoluzhai Town, Julu County, covering an area of ??280 acres, with a total investment of approximately 2.45 billion. The park focuses on resource recycling, low-carbon environmental protection, and ecological civilization. Including projects such as domestic waste incineration power plants, industrial waste treatment plants, sewage treatment plants and lithium battery technology development, resource trading, management education demonstrations and green financial services.

The domestic waste incineration power generation project is a project under construction in the park, covering an area of ??150 acres, with an estimated investment of 1 billion yuan, and a total construction scale of 2,000 tons/day. The estimated investment for the first phase of construction is 750 million yuan. The scale is 1,500 tons/day, with three furnaces and two machines configured. Three 500-ton daily incinerators are equipped with two 15MW condensing steam turbine generator units. After being put into operation, the treatment scale can basically meet the treatment requirements of Xingtai City and the surrounding five counties and one city (Julu County, Longyao County, Nanhe County, Pingxiang County, Ren County and Nangong City).

After the project is completed, it is expected that the annual cumulative power generation will be 167 million kilowatt-hours, the grid-connected electricity will be 138 million kilowatt-hours, and the annual domestic waste disposal volume will be 547,500 tons. This is equivalent to saving about 63,000 tons of standard coal and reducing CO2 emissions by about 160,000 tons. The flue gas treatment adopts the internationally advanced semi-dry method + bag dust removal + activated carbon injection treatment process. All flue gas indicators are monitored online and all emissions meet the standards. It will be built into a garden-style waste power plant to truly realize the "harmless, reduction and resource utilization" of waste treatment and promote the development of "circular economy, energy conservation and emission reduction".
