Article 12 of the Measures for the Administration of Pesticide Business License shall specify the license number, operator's name, domicile, business place, storage place, business scope, validity period, legal representative (person in charge), unified social credit code and other matters. Where an operator establishes a branch, it shall also indicate the address of the business place and storage place of the branch.

The numbering rule of pesticide business license is: pesticide business license+province abbreviation+issuing authority code+business scope code+serial number (four digits). The business scope shall be marked according to pesticides and pesticides (except those with restricted use).
