First stop, Qufu, Jining.

First of all, Qufu is a must. Although the local economy in Qufu is not particularly developed, Confucius' reputation is too great. Qufu, as the holy city of the East, must go, otherwise it seems that it has never been to Shandong. You must go to the "Three Holes" in Qufu. The so-called "three holes" are Confucius House, Confucius Forest and Confucius Temple. Personally, Confucius is the most interesting place. Last stop, Qingdao.

Qingdao, a beautiful coastal city, is also the most developed place in Shandong at present.
